One Embankment, situated just a three-minute walk from Leeds train station, will provide a high-quality flex space with more than 300 dedicated desks alongside a host of private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, co-working spaces, and event spaces, with options to rent the right space, at the right time, exactly when needed.
Following a £2 million investment by incspaces, One Embankment is set to become the most well-equipped flex space in Leeds, surpassing all existing local coworking spaces in location, quality, and building amenities. Along with all the industry standards, such as shower facilities, fully stocked kitchens, high-speed internet connectivity, and cycle storage, the Leeds location also features three comfortable and spacious breakout areas, a formal business lounge, a free-to-use fitness suite, and two refreshing outdoor terraces with sweeping views over the River Aire.

The opening of the Leeds location comes just months after incspaces announced plans to expand rapidly throughout 2021 in light of the accelerated growth of the Work From Near Home (WFNH) market.
