As 2022 draws to a close the incspaces team are delighted to share their newest announcement – January 2023 will see the opening of a brand-new site!
With existing buildings already in Manchester, Leeds, and London, the new site will combine the best in design, fit out, and technology to offer first class workplaces for its users.
Based at 2 Mount Street, incspaces will be joining the dynamic community of businesses on the Albert Estate in the heart of Manchester. Investment company Kinrise, who are behind the multi million pound regeneration of the estate, say; “Built in 1872 and designed to complement Manchester Town Hall, this fabulous Grade II listed building is now home to incspaces. We are delighted to see they have already signed tenants to once again bring this iconic & beautiful building alive”.
Featuring 10,901 sqft of workspace over 5 floors, the iconic building will include a mix of expertly designed private offices and coworking desks, as well as contemporary meeting rooms, and a top floor event space with breath taking views of the city. Users will have 24 hour access to the space and can benefit from being seconds away from the nearest tram stop, or a short walk to either Manchester Picadilly or Victoria train station. The community will be looked after by a dedicated on site team that will be hosting a range of business, social, and wellbeing events for clients and the wider community.
