The Role:
As Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering incspaces through its next phase of expansion, particularly focusing on extending our portfolio of flexible office spaces in the UK and across Europe. This role is based in the UK but will require significant travel to oversee our existing facilities and to source and negotiate new locations. You will also be instrumental in establishing and running a new brokerage service, enhancing our offerings in commercial property leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee all operational aspects of incspaces’ UK and overseas flexible office buildings, ensuring seamless integration of our services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Expansion and Negotiation:
Identify and secure new building opportunities overseas, primarily in Europe, negotiating lease terms with landlords to incorporate incspaces’ flexible office solutions.
Brokerage Company Development:
Establish and manage a new brokerage entity in the UK and Europe, offering comprehensive services for companies seeking commercial properties or flexible office solutions.
Commercial Management:
Handle all commercial aspects of lease agreements with landlords.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to support our expansion and operational goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decisions, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and other stakeholders to support incspaces’ strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the commercial property sector, preferably with a focus on flexible office spaces.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing commercial leases and property acquisitions, particularly in international markets.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with experience in setting up and running a business, ideally within the brokerage industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
Strategic thinker with a robust analytical approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships across cultures and geographies.
Willingness to travel extensively, both within the UK and internationally.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of up to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
