The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This role is critical to our expansion, focusing on driving sales by securing new tenants for our co-working desks and dedicated office space. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing incspaces as a leading flexible workspace provider in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead sales initiatives to attract new tenants for our flexible office space.
Collaborate with office brokers and agents to maximise occupancy rates.
Source and follow up on leads independently to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct tours of the office space, providing detailed information and producing sales quotes.
Assist with the office space opening activities during the first 3 months.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and current tenants.
Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, benefiting from a competitive salary and a rewarding bonus/commission structure.

Requirements:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the property sector, co-working, or flexible office industry.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
Familiarity with the Barcelona market and its business ecosystem is highly advantageous.
