The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to join our team in Manchester to cover maternity leave for 6 months. This role is pivotal in supporting the Centre Manager and will focus primarily on sales. As a General Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward, attracting new tenants, and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by identifying and securing new tenants for desks and office space.
Develop and implement effective strategies to retain existing tenants.
Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth operations of the centre.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and engagement.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Network and build relationships with potential clients and local businesses.
Oversee the presentation and maintenance of the workspace to uphold incspaces’ standards.
Manage administrative tasks and centre budgets effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in flexible offices, coworking spaces, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.
Knowledge of the local Manchester market is highly advantageous.
