Why?

A workspace revolution is taking place as our sector continues to undergo significant change. Covid-19 has accelerated the need for choice.

The desire to work from home, or from near home, will be a constant for years to come. As such, there is a need to adapt to meet the needs of the consumer.

Here at incspaces, we have not only researched the future dynamics as to how offices and workplaces need to adapt to suit the end user; but we have also listened to and worked with key experts and stakeholders, such as landlords, asset managers, commercial agents, property decision makers and the workplace end user.

The premise

We are busy creating destinations that are more than just places of work, they are lifestyle spaces that offer visitors unrivalled choice, morning through to evening. Visitors will enjoy a combination of food & beverage deals with retail, fashion and leisure offers, all housed within an experiential space that is driven by technology.

Many of our schemes will be situated within retail locations and are a refreshing point of difference in the marketplace. Designed with wellness as a focus, we bring the outside in and create a sense of calm by surrounding visitors with nature.

A flexible approach

Our future workspaces are created with maximum flexibility in mind. The zoning design of our co-working spaces cater for all consumers. Whilst our open plan spaces encourage collaboration and social interaction, we acknowledge that each of our visitors’ needs are different, and one size doesn’t fit all. As such, we have created a series of zones within our spaces that offer different seating types, private and quiet spaces, and meeting rooms.

Our app can help our visitors find the space that is right for them and creates a frictionless experience when booking a meeting room or ordering lunch from one of the many food & beverage offers in our space.

It’s not all work at incspaces. With adjacent facilities for relaxation, health and wellbeing, combined with food markets, retail and leisure offers, our spaces are lifestyle destinations where visitors can work, relax and play.

Our choice of location ensures that visitors can benefit from a much shorter commute. Our destinations are also helping to regenerate shopping centres with a transformational scheme that solves a growing problem; the decline of large format retail spaces.
