incspaces are delighted to announce the appointment of James Hennessy as their new Managing Director.

With full responsibility for the leadership and development of the company, James will play a key role in meeting their growth target of becoming one of the leading serviced office providers in the UK.

James brings with him over 16 years’ worth of experience from both the broker and operator side of the market. After co-founding Domain Office Search in 2017, and representing large global operators such as Regus, James’ career so far has provided him with a wealth of industry knowledge and an extensive network in the flexible office sector.

He comments: “My career so far has been about meeting clients’ needs and creating the perfect home for a business to thrive, and stay inspired. This ties in perfectly with incspaces’ own ethos of creating unique, design led, personal workspaces. I’d urge anybody considering taking space with us to pop in for a coffee, take a look round, and meet the amazing teams that are running the centres.”

After the launch of the 11,000 sqft serviced office development Holland House on Bury Street in central London this month, the business has plans to grow its 5-site portfolio up to 12 by the end of the year, and are in talks about European expansion with sites being considered overseas.

Group CEO, Jack Mason, adds: “I’m excited to welcome James on board. His affinity with our core values, combined with his expertise will help to drive our plans for big growth and investment in 2023. He’s already hit the ground running with two successful openings under his belt, both at 70% occupancy, so I’m excited to see where he takes the business in the future.”

Incspaces currently operate out of locations in London, Manchester, and Leeds, providing a range of unique private offices, co-working areas, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and event space.
